Strong knowledge of labor law, social compliance, and audit requirements.
Hands-on experience with SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, and ISO IMS.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement HR, Admin & Compliance strategies that align with NTTEX Fashion's operational goals.
Partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions from an HR , Admin & Compliance perspective.
Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
Oversee the recruitment process to meet staffing needs, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees.
Lead onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Promote a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and productivity.
Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
Design and implement employee recognition programs.
Compliance & Labor Law:
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Liaise with relevant government agencies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Manage salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee welfare initiatives.
Administration:
Oversee general administration, facility management, and workplace safety initiatives.

Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance & Ethics:
Develop and implement compliance policies and training for staff.
Promote ethical behavior, a culture of accountability, and adherence to company values.
Team Development:
Lead and develop the HR and Admin team to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.
