∎ Minimum graduation from from any UGC-approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Policy and SOP development:
∎ S/he continuously reviews existing HR processes and identifies the area of improvement, and makes necessary amendments as and when required.
∎ S/he collects information/ data regarding the best practices in the market, analyzes data, and prepares policy / SOP as and when required.
∎ Job Analysis, Job Description, Organogram:
∎ Prepares section/department organogram in coordination with the concerned line manager/HOF/HOD
∎ Conducts one-to-one sessions to draft individuals' current job roles, areas of interest, and other relevant information for analyzing the workload of a particular individual/department and give recommendations to ensure proper utilization of resources.
∎ Justifies and validates department-wise manpower allocation as mentioned in the organogram
∎ Performance Management (KPI Setting):
∎ Based on job analysis, ensures KPI fixation, and KPI documentation of all officers and above level.
∎ S/he acts as a data custodian and, and time to time monitors KPI performance, prepares and submits monthly KPI report
∎ S/he coordinates quarterly/yearly performance appraisal process
∎ Understand the company's culture and prepare SOP to set the appropriate behavioral approach
∎ News Letter:
∎ Gather all relevant information to ensure newsletter publishing deadlines (Quarterly) are met
∎ Collaborate with IT team and other relevant incumbents on new newsletter deliverables
∎ Organize layout and select photos and graphics for newsletters
∎ Edit and proofread newsletters for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ English proficiency is a must have requirement

Salary: Negotiable
