∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Developing and Implementing Compliance Strategies in the line with the business plan, Labor Law.
∎ 2. Coordinate all compliance/ Security Audit.
∎ 3. Maintain all certificates and licenses of the factory.
∎ 4. Monitor/ Supervise Organizational Environment, Health and Safety, Security, Fire, and worker grievance Issues.
∎ 5. Ensure compliance polices and procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ 6. Ensure and verify social compliance standards in the factory.
∎ 7. Assist to set up KPI, verify data through monitor the work activity and suggest for required improvement.
∎ 8. Conduct TNA, prepare Annual Training Plan (ATP), arrange training program as per ATP and conduct training session.
∎ 9. Prepare Business Cases as per Dept. or Factory Manager requirement.
∎ 10. Work for annual assessment & confirmation processes.
∎ 11. Responsible for IMS (QMS, EMS and OHSAS) implementation and true practice in the factory.
∎ 12. Make sure the best practices of BLA-2016 & its Rules 2015 all over the factory.
