Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the hiring process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

    Employee Records & HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance data.

  • Process payroll inputs, manage leave records, and administer employee benefits.

    Training & Employee Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain records of employee development programs.

  • Support the performance appraisal process.

    Regulatory Compliance & Audits:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

  • Assist in internal and external audits, preparing compliance reports and documentation.

    Workplace Policy & Legal Documentation:

  • Handle licensing, permits, and regulatory filings as required by authorities.

  • Maintain compliance-related documentation, employee records, and contracts.

    Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  • Address employee concerns related to compliance, workplace ethics, and labor laws.

  • Conduct compliance training sessions to educate employees on policies and best practices.

    Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:

  • Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and assist in safety audits.

  • Implement and oversee health and safety programs in collaboration with relevant departments.

    Administration & Facility Management:

  • Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of all administrative records and contracts.
