Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Proficiency in SAP (PP, MM & PM modules).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies such as Kaizen and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve measurable improvements in production efficiency and cost reduction.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in psychrometric lab processes and quality control inspections (IQC, LQC, OQC).
• Demonstrated success in achieving operational cost savings, such as fuel optimization for machinery.This combined JD incorporates the responsibilities and expertise required for both roles, creating a streamlined and comprehensive description suitable for potential candidates.

Production Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to achieve targets and deadlines.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer demand.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Lean tools (e.g., T5S, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen) or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Achieve cost savings through innovative strategies, such as optimizing fuel usage or improving production processes.

Team Leadership and Training:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams, including supervisors, line workers, and support staff.
• Provide training and recommendations for improvement based on analysis of production data and metrics.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by working closely with quality assurance teams.
• Possess strong knowledge of IQC, LQC, OQC processes, and experience with psychrometric labs.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor production performance metrics, such as throughput, downtime, and waste reduction, and present actionable improvement suggestions.
• Maintain daily reports for smooth documentation and analysis.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Liaise with engineers, senior management, and other departments to align production goals with company objectives.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials and components.

Machinery and Equipment Maintenance:

• Monitor machinery performance and work with the maintenance team to ensure proper repair and maintenance, minimizing downtime.
• Leverage expertise in SAP (PP, MM & PM modules) to manage operations effectively.

Cost Optimization:

• Manage production budgets and control costs related to labor, materials, and equipment.
• Optimize resource utilization and reduce waste while maintaining production efficiency.

Compliance and Safety:

• Identify, document, and report unsafe practices while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety and efficiency.
