• Language: must be fluent in Bangla and English.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience is preferred.

A.S. Steel Industry is one of the most prominent steel businesses and service centers in Bangladesh. It is located in the heart of steel industry at Keraniganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We have a large factory and service center containing all kind of steel service/fabrication facilities and imported steel stocks.

Manager (Production & Operation) will be responsible for factory operation, production, delivery and coordination. He will be responsible also for maintaining the staff in operating the machines. We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Manager (Production & Operation) to oversee the full operations of our factory. The selected candidate will be the key person in charge, ensuring smooth production, team management, and overall factory performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all factory operations

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

• Lead and coordinate factory staff and departments

• Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements
