Commitment: Must be willing to serve the company for at least 3 (three) years after permanent appointment.

Responsibilities & Context:
Passion for Learning: The applicant must possess a strong passion for learning with excellent observation and understanding. Individuals lacking this drive need not apply.
Policy Compliance: In accordance with company policies (provided they are not illegal), the candidate must learn, and practically apply all job-related responsibilities within 1 (one) year of joining.
Operational Context: Please note that most of our instruments and machines are older models and not automatic; the candidate must be prepared to work within these limitations.
Professional Competence: Competence will be judged by how quickly and effectively the candidate acquires practical skills and use that knowledge into practice. A lack of drive to learn will result in an inability to continue with the company.
Job Security: Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be absorbed as permanent personnel for 3 (three) years (subject to the company's survival).
Independence: The candidate must be capable of working independently despite organization limitations.
Information Gathering: Must be proficient in obtaining information through the libraries within Dhaka (with permission), internet search, etc., and utilize that knowledge effectively with understanding.
Sincerity and Integrity: Must work with sincerity and integrity, maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards within the company's capabilities.
Record Keeping: Responsible for maintaining all records with absolute sincerity and accuracy.
Important Note: The candidate must have the mentality to learn from existing personnel and then supervise them.
