Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for interested candidates as Executive- Project Management who have initiative, experience in the following sector, drive, and self-motivation to take challenges to deliver high-quality results. He’ll oversee daily operations, assist in the management of project teams, and support strategic initiatives to improve facility services and client satisfaction

  • Supervise and coordinate daily facility management operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and productivity

  • Lead, train, and monitor supervisors and operational staff to maintain high performance standards.

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee supply chain and logistics activities.

  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Prepare reports and documentation to support strategic decision-making

  • Process requisitions, PR, and PO in SAP and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and effective resource allocation.

  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.

  • Maintain stationery stock and manage petty cash.

  • Provide logistical support to internal departments as required.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve operational issues.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
