Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for interested candidates as Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager—Operations for HANSA Management Ltd. who have initiative, experience in the following sector, drive, and self-motivation to take challenges to deliver high-quality results. He’ll oversee daily operations, assist in the management of project teams, and support strategic initiatives to improve facility services and client satisfaction

  • Supervise and coordinate daily facility management operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow and productivity.

  • Manage and train a team of supervisors and operational staff to deliver high-quality service.

  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supply chain logistics.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Prepare regular reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

  • Raise requisition in SAP & process PO, PR

  • Maintain material stock in SAP

  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for operational activities.

  • Monitor resource allocation to ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.

  • Maintain stationary stock and petty cash.

  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Provide logistic support to other departments.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships.

  • Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management
