Responsibilities & Context:

HANSA Management Ltd. is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals for the position of Deputy Manager / Manager – Business Development. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding client portfolios, and strengthening market presence in Facility Management, Real Estate, and B2B corporate services.

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in Facility Management, Real Estate, and B2B corporate services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and strategic partners.

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and tenders in line with client requirements.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve business targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management
