Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute Annual, Preventive, Corrective, and Scheduled Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Troubleshoot, test, and evaluate factory machinery to prevent downtime and optimize production efficiency.
∎ Oversee 8 MW (33/11/0.440 KV) substation operations, conduct energy analysis, and calculate utility costs per unit for profitability optimization.
∎ Manage the operations and maintenance of a 5.0 MW diesel power plant (Bangla CAT 16-cylinder engine) and a 4-ton fire tube boiler.
∎ Design, modify, install, commission, and develop all plant machinery and utility-related equipment.
∎ Ensure production processes are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.
∎ Implement TPM, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to reduce defects in semi-finished goods (SFG).
∎ Oversee SAP MM & PM modules within SAP S/4 HANA 2000 for maintenance and material management.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report resource consumption (water, electricity, gas, steam) to recommend cost-saving measures.
∎ Strong knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and OEE principles.
∎ Hands-on experience with substation, power plant, boiler operations, and industrial machinery.
∎ Proficiency in SAP MM & PM modules within SAP S/4 HANA 2000.
∎ Deep understanding of SOPs, safety regulations, and audit documentation
