Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·       Provide IT support to the end users for their desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanner, printer, photocopier, projector and all kind of IT related devices.
∎ ·       Diagnosis, troubleshoot, assemble desktop/laptop related problems, with windows installation and hardware accessories change if required.
∎ ·       Router, switch and access point administration and maintenance.
∎ ·       Monitor network connectivity to ensure all of services are up and running.
∎ ·       Microsoft Share point authentication maintenance and data backup and restore.
∎ ·       Attendance server monitoring and maintenance.
∎ ·       Maintaining IT equipment inventory.
∎ ·       Vendor Communication.
∎ ·       Maintain and monitor CCTV camera.
∎ ·       Participate in IT team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
∎ ·       Manage and monitor backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
∎ ·       Support users with specialized software applications relevant to their roles (e.g., SAP, IoT, Data lake etc).
∎ ·       Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
