Job Context

Fresh Super Mart, a retail chain under Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is expanding its footprint by launching new outlets at Metro Rail stations. These outlets will offer customers a convenient, high-quality shopping experience with a wide range of FMCG products, including groceries, beverages, and snacks. MGI is seeking for Senior Executive - Operation (Food and Beverage) to oversee beverage, pastry and fast-food operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, staff efficiency and smooth F&B operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across outlets to maintain quality, hygiene and service standards.

• Assist in implementing operational processes for beverages, pastries and fast-food items to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Supervise outlet staff during shifts and ensure proper handling of beverage preparation, pastry items, and fast-food service.

• Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control and coordinate with the team to ensure proper storage and minimal wastage.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Handle customer queries and feedback promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with procurement and supply teams for timely availability of required F&B items.

• Prepare basic daily/weekly operational reports and update management on outlet activities.

• Identify and report operational issues and assist in resolving them to ensure smooth outlet functioning.
