Responsibilities & Context:
Manage FG stock with proper FIFO/FEFO and ensure accuracy.
Monitor stock ageing, damages, and reconciliation.
Ensure timely dispatch as per sales requirements.
Coordinate with transporters and sales team to meet delivery targets.
Oversee loading/unloading and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure efficient storage, space utilization, and depot cleanliness.
Supervise workforce and maintain discipline and productivity.
Maintain records, licenses, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure safety, including fire and workplace protocols.
Prepare regular reports on stock, dispatch, and operations.
