Experience:

• 7 to 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

• Minimum Graduate from a recognized institution

• Background in Engineering or Supply Chain will be an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of waste management practices, compliance and safety standards

• Effective communication, coordination and vendor management skills

• Practical mindset with the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced industrial setup

• 7 to 14 years

• Age 25 to 50 years

• Manage end-to-end waste collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal processes

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety policies, and ISO standards

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purpose

• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams for seamless operations

• Manage vendors (recyclers, waste handlers) and ensure cost-effective service delivery

• Identify and implement waste reduction and recycling improvement initiatives

• Conduct site inspections and proactively address operational or compliance gaps
