Responsibilities & Context:
• Oversee and manage end-to-end production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and timely delivery.
• Establish, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.
• Lead, supervise, and develop factory personnel through structured training and performance management systems.
• Prepare and control factory operational budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and financial discipline.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize operational processes.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within factory premises.
• Maintain effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present periodic operational, production, and performance reports to senior management.
• Conduct month-wise and batch-wise market return analysis and recommend corrective actions.
