Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in community development or similar programs

Strong understanding of community engagement and participatory approaches

Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Willingness to travel frequently to field locations

• Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

• Problem-solving and decision-making

• Inter personal and networking skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Program Officer (CDP) to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of community development initiatives. The role involves working closely with field teams, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure program effectiveness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor community development projects under the CDP framework

• Coordinate with local stakeholders, partners, and community leaders

• Conduct field visits to ensure quality implementation and provide technical support

• Prepare program reports, documentation, and case studies

• Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes against targets

• Assist in budget tracking and resource management

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
