Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and update employee information in spreadsheets (Google Drive), ensuring real-time updates for any changes.

  • Assist in conducting the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, managing competitive exams, physical interviews, and overseeing the employee on boarding process

  • Manage the attendance system and align OT payment with SBL policy

  • Facilitating employee performance assessment cycle, encompassing the annual performance appraisal, probationary period assessment and contract renewal procedures

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations along with periodic and special assignments

  • Assist in handling disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances, and employee relations issues in compliance with organizations policy and local laws

  • Assist in taking initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and advancing organizational objectives

  • Drafting meeting minutes, office circular and different employee communications

  • Organize different employee engagement events

  • Involvement in employer branding and promote the organization`s employer brand to attract top talent

  • Assisting with compliance matters, including labor laws, employment regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR

  • Stay abreast of HR trends, laws, regulations, and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR services

  • Any other activities assigned by the Supervisor
