Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Need to understand client requirements and communicate with studio team members as per their guideline.
Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.
Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Light room).
Expertise in doing Neck Joint, Color Correction, Ghost Mannequin, Symmetric, Manipulation, and Complex High-End Retouch.
He must be an enthusiastic, proactive, disciplined and good team player.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to improve their skills and performance.

Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion during night duty hours.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maintain productivity.
Need to have leadership skill.
