Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Call Center

• Diploma in Computer
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor/Diploma in Computer Science from any university/ Bachelor's degree in graphic design

• Educational requirements can be considered for experienced candidates

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Call Center

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Light room).

• Expertise in doing Neck Joint, Color Correction, Ghost Mannequin, Symmetric, Manipulation, and Complex High-End Retouch.

• He must be an enthusiastic, proactive, disciplined and good team player.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to improve their skills and performance.

• Supervise and manage team operations during assigned shifts, including night shifts.

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion during night duty hours.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maintain productivity.

• Need to have leadership skill.

Experience:

• Minimum, 5 years of proven working experience at relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Asst. Team Manager/ Manager.

• Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

• Need to understand client requirements and communicate with studio team members as per their guideline.

• Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.

• Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
