∎ MBBS degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide medical and clinical opinion of certain claims which is required from medical ground perspective.
∎ Ensure optimum level of cost saving by providing right level of medical opinion and in line with the contract with the customers.
∎ Ensure smooth claim collection from different corporate offices & priority service in listed hospitals.
∎ Understand and utilize internal claim best practices for proper and consistent claim performance, compliance and achievement of business goals.
∎ Work with the Leadership Team on cost containment strategies including allocated and unallocated expenses within the Claims operation.
∎ Customer Satisfaction by uninterrupted responding of client's query and other communication.
∎ Directly support to opine third party claims, as necessary Faster and error free claims settlement Strategy planning & implementation.
∎ Work with the Leadership Team on cost containment strategies including allocated and unallocated expenses within the Claims operation.
∎ Support in the development, implementation and continuous planning of all claim programs, metrics, processes, results and initiatives.
∎ Demonstrates a strong commitment to coaching and developing teams towards continual performance improvement.
∎ To maintain staff complement at the optimum level balancing cost, efficiency, service and skill requirement.
