We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable digital and operational solutions across Life & Non-Life insurance services.

🎯 Job Summary

The Business Analyst will bridge business, operations, and technology by gathering requirements, mapping processes, analyzing data, and supporting CRM/ERP optimization. The role is central to improving customer onboarding, partner workflows, reporting accuracy, and overall Insuretech performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops

• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Translate business problems into system and process requirements

Process Mapping & Optimization

• Map AS-IS and TO-BE workflows for sales, onboarding, claims, and partner management

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend automation or policy changes

• Support SOP development and standardization

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze CRM/ERP data to generate operational insights

• Build KPI dashboards and MIS reports for management

• Monitor funnel metrics: leads → onboarding → policy issuance

System & UAT Support

• Coordinate with IT/vendors for feature enhancements

• Lead UAT planning, test cases, and sign-offs

• Track change requests and release notes

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with sales, operations, finance, and technology teams

• Support training materials and user manuals for new features

🎓 Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, MIS, IT, or related discipline

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, MIS, or CRM/ERP environments

• Experience in insurance, banking, fintech, or Insuretech preferred

🧠 Required Competencies

• Strong analytical and documentation skills (BRD/FRD/UML/flowcharts)

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards

• Understanding of CRM/ERP workflows

• Communication skills for stakeholder facilitation

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Timely delivery of BRD/FRD and process maps

• Reduction in onboarding/process turnaround time

• Accuracy and timeliness of MIS/KPI dashboards
