We are hiring a Product Executive to support lifecycle management of Life & Non-Life insurance offerings across digital channels, partners, and customer touchpoints.

🎯 Job Summary

The Product Executive will assist in designing, documenting, positioning, and improving insurance products for digital distribution. The role blends market research, product documentation, partner coordination, and performance tracking to ensure products are competitive, compliant, and customer-friendly.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Product Documentation & Design

• Prepare product notes, benefit structures, eligibility, exclusions, and pricing summaries

• Translate insurer terms into customer-friendly product briefs for digital use

• Maintain updated product repository and version control

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct comparisons of Life & Non-Life plans in the market

• Identify gaps and recommend feature enhancements

• Support pricing and positioning analysis

Digital Journey & Partner Coordination

• Work with tech/CRM teams to align product features with digital onboarding flows

• Coordinate with insurer partners for product updates and clarifications

• Ensure accurate product configuration in CRM/ERP

Performance Monitoring

• Track product-wise sales, conversion, and customer feedback

• Prepare monthly product performance MIS and insights

• Recommend improvements based on data and user behavior

Training & Sales Enablement

• Prepare product guides, FAQs, and training decks

• Support sales/business teams with product knowledge sessions

🎓 Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, fintech/Insuretech, or product support

• Understanding of Life & Non-Life insurance concepts preferred

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Ability to simplify technical insurance language

• Excel/Sheets proficiency for product MIS

• Coordination skills across partners and internal teams

• Customer-centric and detail-oriented mindset
