🎯 Job Summary

The Business Associate will play a frontline role in lead generation, partner coordination, client onboarding, and sales conversion of digital insurance products (Life & Non-Life). The role requires strong communication skills, market mapping ability, and comfort working with digital platforms and CRM tools.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients, partners, and corporate prospects through field visits, networking, and digital channels

• Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Promote digital insurance solutions to individuals and organizations

Client Acquisition & Conversion

• Explain product features, benefits, and policy coverage clearly to clients

• Assist customers in completing digital onboarding and documentation

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into policyholders

Partner & Corporate Coordination

• Build relationships with hospitals, corporates, agents, and business partners

• Support in developing B2B and B2C insurance channels

CRM & Reporting

• Update daily activities, leads, and conversions in CRM/ERP system

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

• Maintain proper documentation of client records

Marketing Support

• Assist in campaign execution, promotional activities, and awareness programs

• Participate in events, roadshows, and partner engagement programs

🎓 Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, insurance, banking, or fintech/Insuretech

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales interest are encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of insurance products (Life & Non-Life preferred)

• Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and digital tools
