Experience:

• 6 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Candidates with a 3rd division/3rd class or equivalent CGPA in any examination are discouraged from applying.

• Analytical skills and having a good presence of mind to protect the Bank’s interests.

• Able to work under pressure and perform additional responsibilities as an when required 

• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication, with the ability to engage clients and convey information clearly.

• Overall supervision of the Branch

• To ensure the business target of the Branch

• To help and organise sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions, etc.) in coordination with the other channels.

• To ensure cost minimisation and maximise branch profitability.

• Pre-screening of loan applications to maintain portfolio quality.

• Ensure effective services.

• Ensure a good audit rating for the branch by maintaining proper compliance.

• Ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the Bank & local directives to prevent Money Laundering
