Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an SME RM in any Bank/FI; candidates with 3–5 years of target-driven experience in Medium/Emerging SME/Corporate business (Bank only) will be preferred.
Strong sales capability with access to a relevant client base
Ability to prepare credit proposals backed by primary financial analysis
Clear understanding of SME products and regulations
Knowledge of SME refinance/products (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify, acquire, and manage SME clients within assigned/command areas
Grow loan, deposit, and fee-based business in line with targets
Conduct primary financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and support loan structuring
Prepare credit proposals, limit renewals, and approval memos as required
Monitor client performance, ensure timely repayments, and maintain portfolio quality
Maintain alignment with SME products, policies, and applicable regulations
