Post-Graduation from any reputed Public/ Private University or College with minimum Second Class/division in all examinations. No 3rd division/ class is allowed.
Strong business acquisition skills with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
Sound knowledge of credit risk assessment and mitigation to maintain portfolio quality.
Proven sales capability with the ability to coach and develop sales skills within the team.
Effective negotiation skills, including expertise in collection and recovery techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Business Growth & Sales Targets:
Identify and pursue income-generating opportunities within the Small Business (SME) segment in the assigned territory.
Drive timely loan disbursement, deposit growth, and overall asset/liability expansion to meet business targets for the territory.
Recommend CMSE business proposals in line with the delegation matrix, with clear articulation of business potential, due diligence findings, and business rationale.
Conduct client meetings and on-site pre- and post-disbursement visits to assess business viability, validate financial and operational information, and ensure compliance with the delegation matrix.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and manage the local sales team under the territory (e.g., BDM, RO, RE).
Monitor performance, take corrective actions, and help improve productivity and team effectiveness.
Market & Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential SME clients.
Understand customer needs and market dynamics to tailor appropriate bank products/services.
Market Insights & Reporting
Communicate market trends, competitor activities, and regional insights to senior management.
Provide regular updates and data-based analyses on territory performance, opportunities, and risks.
Forecasting & Planning
Contribute to business planning and forecasting processes tied to revenue, manpower, and resources in the territory.
Allocate tasks and manpower effectively to match demand and opportunity in the region.
Customer Service & Compliance
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
Follow bank policies, controls, and regulatory requirements while delivering banking solutions.
Portfolio Health & Risk Control
Monitor the quality of the loan and deposit portfolio.
Work to minimize delinquency, ensure timely collections, and maintain portfolio health
Coordination:
Coordinate with head office departments (credit, ops, RMD, lssd, HR, ICCD, IT etc.) for smooth service
