@ BBA/MBA in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience:

@ Minimum 05–07 years of relevant experience in any financial institution or Large Group of companies or Multinational companies.

@ Proven track record in leading teams in strategic decision-making.

Skills:

Willing to travel as per requirement.

Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Must be honest, sincere, accountable and a team player with great ethics and morality.

Awareness regarding of impact and significance of KYC Documents and Anti-Money Laundering issues.

High level of Business communication skills.

Must possess strong management and leadership skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

The role is responsible for independently acquiring, managing, and growing business under the strategic guidance of the Head of Business. The incumbent will drive the achievement of overall business goals and targets within the assigned distribution channel, ensuring sustainable growth, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires consistent delivery against monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:

Drive annual sales performance with accountability for First Year Premium (FYP) through effective planning, execution, and performance management of assigned Relationship Managers (RMs).

Team Supervision:

Provide daily directions to RMs to ensure timely completion of renewal premium collection, policy servicing, and customer follow-ups.

Performance Monitoring:

Track individual and team performance via reviews, dashboards, and field observations; implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.

Coaching & Mentoring:

Motivate and mentor RMs to engage in eligible partner onboarding aligned with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

 Training & Development:

Conduct regular training sessions, on-the-job coaching, and performance feedback to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.

Strategic Support:

Assist RMs in achieving and exceeding targets by providing leadership guidance, problem resolution, and strategic direction.

Compliance & Ethics:

Ensure strict adherence to Guardian Life Insurance Limited’s policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Maintain effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and superior service delivery.
