AM/DM - 05 years Years Experience in Non-Life insurance background.
Professional degree in insurance will be preferred.
Proven works experience in reputed non-life Insurance Company
Sufficient knowledge of modern communication techniques and best practices
Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations and must have excellent leadership skills.
Must be knowledgeable in computer literacy both in Bangla and English context.

Job Requirements:
Dealing with Fire, Marine, Motor and Miscellaneous insurance’s Underwriter’s & Accountant Tasks.
Prepare Cover Notes & Policies.
Prepare insurance bill as per insured information.
Send quotations as per client/s requirements.
Proper filing of the Cover Notes, Proposal Forms, Policies, Addendum/ Endorsement.
Liaison with Head Office for any kind of Underwriting and Finance & Accounts related problems.
Check the refund/cancel documents and follow-up the refund/cancel process as per requirements.
Prepare premium income statements and send copies to concern departments.
Correspondence with clients & Head Office.
Assist the internal auditing.
Provide guidance on specialized underwriting issues.
Liaison with Underwriting, Finance & Accounts, Internal Audit, Claims, Re-insurance, IT department and reconciling the statement of management information system.
Budgeting the quarterly, half yearly and annual revenue earning and implement the strategy to get the appropriate outcomes.
Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and coordinating with other departments.
Follow contract rules or insurance laws.
Gather relevant financial data.
Identify financial risks to company.
Review data on insurance applications or policies3
Use computers to enter, access and retrieve financial data.
Write business correspondence.
