Experience:
1. Policy Formulation & Regulatory Compliance:
Oversee the formulation, review, and modification of CRM policies as required by Management/Board, and ensure annual review of all internal policy guidelines in line with regulatory updates and best practices.
Ensure strict compliance with observations of internal audit and Bangladesh Bank inspections, and enforce adherence to CRM policy, Bangladesh Bank directives, and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
To deal with Internal, External including Bangladesh Bank Audit Team and provide compliance report.
Ensure regulatory and internal process compliance in all CRM activities.
Ensure strict compliance with observations of internal audit and Bangladesh Bank inspections, and enforce adherence to CRM policy, Bangladesh Bank directives, and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
2. Operational Oversight:
Supervise all CRM team members to ensure timely and accurate assessment of credit risks, disposal of credit proposals within SLA timelines, issuance of Feedback/Satisfaction Letters, and prompt issuance of Sanction Advices following approval by the Competent Authority.
3. Delegated Authority & Decision-Making:
Exercise business delegation powers under the delegated business authority of the Bank, ensuring prudent judgment and compliance in all decisions.
4. Monitoring & Portfolio Management:
Ensure both on-site and off-site periodical monitoring of the loan portfolio, off-balance sheet exposures and credit ratings to prevent undue stress on the Bank’s financial capacity and maintain portfolio soundness.
Ensure the Bank maintains a healthy and diversified loan portfolio to maximize risk-adjusted returns, keeping overall credit exposure within acceptable parameters and as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
5. Reporting & Management Communication:
Provide timely and accurate information, reports, and analyses to the Management and the Board for effective decision-making and risk oversight.
Provide analytical insights and data support for management decision-making.
6. Cross-Divisional Support:
Provide assistance to Business Divisions (C&LL, EFD, ME, CMSE, AGRI, etc.), Branch/SME Center/IBW, Credit Administration Division (CAD), Special Asset Management Division (SAMD) and Risk Management Division (RMD) on various credit-related issues from time to time.
7. Human Resource & Capacity Development:
Assist the Human Resources Division (HRD) in the recruitment and employee assessment process, including participation in recruitment and promotion interviews.
Conduct training programs, seminars and workshops organized by BAITD
Attend internal and external training programs, seminars and workshops organized by BAITD, Bangladesh Bank, BIBM, ICC, and other institutions.
Conduct and participate in internal Knowledge Sharing Programs (KSP) within the Division to promote continuous learning and professional development.
8. Communication & Awareness:
Prepare audio-visual presentations, briefing notes and awareness materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Works to shape and drive the organizational culture to support business objectives.
