@ MBA / Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance, Accounting Or BSc Computer Science & Engineering.

@ Minimum 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Class ERP implementation (especially in Finance modules).
@ Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) /Oracle Fusion Cloud / Odoo is strongly preferred.
@ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
@ Experience with data migration, report development, and system integration.
@ Proficient in MS Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI, Smart View, or similar).
@ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
@ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
Skills:
@ OCP Certification.
@ Experience in Bangladesh tax & compliance configurations in ERP.

Scope:
We are seeking a skilled and highly Experienced Enterprise Class ERP Implementation Specialist with sound knowledge of Financial & Enterprise Business process to support the end-to-end implementation of Enterprise ERP modules within the Finance Department. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring successful deployment, configuration, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support of Enterprise Class ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate requirements gathering with finance teams and translate functional needs into Enterprise solutions.
· Must have proven Track record of Implementation of Enterprise class ERP (Oracle EBS/ SAP/ Odoo)
· Strong knowledge making Business process & optimization
· Hands on & highly experienced working with enterprise class databases (Oracle, PostGreSql , No SQL)
· Integration & knowledge of API Integration
· Support financial process design through process mapping, gap analysis, and optimization—covering payment cycles, reporting, reconciliation, and related workflows.
· Partner with internal finance stakeholders and external consultants to configure modules and drive system development.
· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test case, and deliver end-user training to finance teams.
· Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across financial systems.
· Develop comprehensive system documentation including user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
· Provide post-deployment support, resolve technical and functional issues, and closely liaise with IT/ERP team for timely resolution.
· Ensure adherence to audit standards, internal controls, and organizational financial policies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
