Experience:

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing

The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar professional degree from a reputed institution.

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing

• At least 12 years of experience, out of which minimum 05 years working experience in a senior position of Finance & Accounts department of any Bank/Finance Company.

• Soft Skill: Strategic thinking, leadership, high-level decision making and communication skills in Bangla and English language, computer skills applicable in banks.

• Maximum age limit: Age not exceeding 50 year(s).

Job Description / Responsibility

• To prepare Inception Report, the strategic plan of the present strategies of the company.

• Developing long-term financial strategies.

• Managing financial risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Overseeing Capital structure and investor relation.

• The CFO will report & work in close consultation with the Managing Director of the Company.

Job Location: Company Head office in Dhaka or any other location decided by the Company.

Monthly; Tk 150,000-200,000 (depending on performance)
