Strategy Support & Business Analysis
Support the Strategy Team in conducting market research, data gathering, and performance analysis of Nagad Islamic, including competitive landscape assessments.
Assist in preparing business insights, analytical reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct benchmarking studies on local and regional Islamic digital financial products, services, and best practices.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor KPIs, initiatives, and project milestones.
Track progress against strategic and operational objectives and highlight risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Business Requirement & Process Documentation
Assist in documenting business requirements, Shariah compliance guidelines, SOPs, and operational workflows for new Islamic products and features.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper alignment between business needs, Shariah requirements, and system implementation.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups across the IDFS unit and other internal departments (Technology, Operations, Compliance, Product, Customer Service, etc.).
Maintain clear communication channels to ensure timely execution of action items and deliverables.
Operations Support & Service Enablement
Handle day-to-day operational queries related to Nagad Islamic and support smooth service delivery.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure customer-centric outcomes.
Customer Insights & Continuous Improvement
Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and support data to identify pain points and recommend service or process improvements.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency within Nagad Islamic.
