SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.

  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and a keen interest in Islamic finance.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Fast learner and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities & Context:

Strategy Support & Business Analysis

  • Support the Strategy Team in conducting market research, data gathering, and performance analysis of Nagad Islamic, including competitive landscape assessments.

  • Assist in preparing business insights, analytical reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct benchmarking studies on local and regional Islamic digital financial products, services, and best practices.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor KPIs, initiatives, and project milestones.

  • Track progress against strategic and operational objectives and highlight risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Business Requirement & Process Documentation

  • Assist in documenting business requirements, Shariah compliance guidelines, SOPs, and operational workflows for new Islamic products and features.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper alignment between business needs, Shariah requirements, and system implementation.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups across the IDFS unit and other internal departments (Technology, Operations, Compliance, Product, Customer Service, etc.).

  • Maintain clear communication channels to ensure timely execution of action items and deliverables.

Operations Support & Service Enablement

  • Handle day-to-day operational queries related to Nagad Islamic and support smooth service delivery.

  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure customer-centric outcomes.

Customer Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and support data to identify pain points and recommend service or process improvements.

  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency within Nagad Islamic.
