Coordinate Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory audits.
Prepare required documentation and facilitate audit processes.
Support closure of audit observations within stipulated timelines.
Regulatory Liaison & Communication
Act as a focal point for communication with regulatory authorities.
Respond to regulatory queries and follow up on compliance matters.
Support effective resolution of issues raised during audits or inspections.
Compliance Risk Management
Identify potential compliance risks across business operations.
Assist in implementing monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
Support mitigation strategies to reduce compliance exposure.
Policy Development & Implementation
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.
