Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure repair and maintenance of office equipment
Manage outsourced external manpower resources
Process salaries and postings for outsourced manpower
Coordinate disposal of obsolete / damaged assets, ensuring compliance with disposal policies and procedures including physical verification and requisition preparation
Prepare and manage tender schedules for asset disposal, evaluate tender submissions, and prepare proposals
Oversee storage, distribution, and inspection of gift items
Execute vendor enlistment process, including onboarding as per Bank process
