Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals for the position of Relationship Officer. The role involves field-based sales activities, sourcing new business, promoting the Company’s financial products, and maintaining strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
Visit individual and corporate customers to promote and sell the Company’s financial products.
Achieve assigned individual sales targets in line with business objectives.
Source new business for products through field visits, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
Collect, verify, and submit customer applications and required documentation accurately.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, and pipeline status.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the manager.
