Experience Required: The applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience in reputed Bank/NBFI.

Responsibilities & Context:
· Achieve monthly and yearly deposit targets and ensure portfolio growth.
· Retain matured deposits and minimize premature encashments.
· Conduct daily sales visits and report to the Head of Deposit Mobilization.
· Review and submit deposit forms to Operations, ensuring data accuracy.
· Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
· Handle compliance, audit, and integrity-related issues within the team.
· Maintain the team’s Daily Visit Plan and Monthly Business Projection.
· Visit potential customers jointly with team members.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head
