• Develop, implement, and execute effective insurance marketing strategies

• Handle Switch Care Insurance products and ensure proper client guidance

• Promote insurance services through B2B and B2C marketing channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate customers

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the insurance client base

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the insurance marketing team

• Prepare marketing plans, sales reports, and performance analysis regularly

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Handle customer queries, policy explanations, and after-sales support professionally

• Work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
