Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Excellent fluency in spoken English is required.

• Candidates with A Level / O Level background will get preference

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Work with international clients based in Europe, USA, and Australia through outbound telemarketing calls.

• 
  Make outbound calls to international clients.

• Introduce company services and generate potential leads.

• Maintain professional communication with clients.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain call records.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

• Provide accurate information about company services.

• Maintain good customer relationships.

• Report daily call activities to the supervisor.
