Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage the full Admin & HR operations of the office

  • Maintain complete office discipline, management, and coordination

  • Ensure 100% office maintenance and operational continuity

  • Implement and monitor KPI-based employee performance systems

  • Handle recruitment, attendance, leave, employee records, and compliance-related tasks

  • Coordinate with management for smooth business operations

  • Maintain reports, documentation, and office policies

  • Supervise daily office activities and staff performance
