Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is passionate about the capital market to join our investment banking team. The right candidate will support corporate finance activities, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services, requiring strong analytical capability, financial modeling expertise, and market awareness.
Conduct financial analysis and valuation using DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic alternatives
Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and other client-facing materials to support deal origination and execution
Assist in execution of transactions including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing, and restructuring projects
Perform in-depth industry and company research to support strategic advisory initiatives
Coordinate and support due diligence processes with legal, financial, and operational teams
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and deliverables
