Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expansion of existing Guardian Life Preferred Hospital network (GLPHN) is Fundamentals to reach countrywide sub districts level by enlisting registered Private Hospital, Clinic, Diagnostics Health NGO.
∎ Maintain regular liaison, frequent Hospital visit, and build up a decent relationship with hospital team to ensure smooth, hassle free, standard quality health services to the valued insured members and FMR (Full Medical Report) services for prospective Insureds either cashless or promotional price rate.
∎ Periodic survey on stakeholders of GLPHN to find out the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction and mitigate the findings by negotiation with respective hospital management.
∎ To ensure medical services to valued Insureds and trained up the reception or front desk or Corporate desk team of different Hospital to make Cashless hospitalization procedures more understandable, convenient and lucrative.
∎ Cater the Guardian Life's digital insurance services and facilitate loyalty events of Guardian Life's Digital Channel.
∎ Establishment of personal image as smart, punctual, proficient and enthusiastic executive to the Company and Hospital.
∎ Ability to develop and maintain a pleasant relationship with Hospital, Corporate organizations and interdepartmental colleagues.
∎ Candidate has to be comfortable and enthusiastic to do extensive travel (domestic and overseas) for Hospital Network development.
∎ Reporting to Head Office, Dhaka (Extensive travel throughout the country is required.)

∎ Excellent face to face and telephone communication ability to convince the customers.
∎ Able to motivate in achieving goals and objectives.
∎ Analytical and planning skills.
∎ Strongly able to maintain schedules and commitments under pressure
∎ Basic Computer literacy and internet friendly is mandatory.
∎ Processes driving ability to establish & follow new processes, to challenge constructively and to enforce appropriate boundaries.
∎ Must have the ability to make motivation.
