Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies, procedures.
∎ Scheduled interviews for candidates, assessments to prospective candidates and coordinated on-site interviews for candidates by assessing the availability of the hiring team and the candidates.
∎ Handling all sort of unwanted situations according to Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & 2013 and Labor Rule 2015.
∎ Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
∎ Payroll management along with management of existing employee benefits (Perquisites).
∎ Prepare letters and memos and taking meeting minutes.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor leave record, daily attendance and employee database.
∎ Conduct annual performance appraisal.
∎ Process job separation (Exit interview, Clearance, Final settlement).
∎ Contacting Training and Orientation programs.
∎ Created and posted job ads, scheduled interviews, and managed pre-employment screenings and background checks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be good at speaking and writing in English.
∎ Good knowledge of HR & labor law policies in BD.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer, MS-Office and MS-Excel.
