Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA from any reputed university (IBA, Dhaka University, BUP, BRAC University and NSU are preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design compensation and benefits packages.
∎ Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
∎ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
∎ Monitor HR department’s budget, if necessary.
∎ Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
∎ Manage employees’ grievances.
∎ Create and run referral bonus programs.
∎ Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software.
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates
∎ Oversee daily operations of the HR & Admin department.
∎ Coordinate general administration activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must be able to work hybrid.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English and Bengali.
∎ Must be hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
