∎ The applicant should have Masters or MBA in HRM from any public/reputed private University in the country.
∎ Skills Required: MS Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, Labor Law, Payroll
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure New Employee registration and their related documents are uploaded in HRMS.
∎ Conduct Exit Interviews and complete Final Settlement and Final Payment in time according to SLA.
∎ Issue and circulate various HR letters and Memos.
∎ Acts as custodian for PCFs (Personal Confidential Files).
∎ Perform payroll operations in accordance with company and local law regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and make these available in the system as record-keeping.
∎ Carry out all disciplinary issues for the company.
∎ Act as the contact person for payroll-related queries.
∎ Process the job confirmation. extensions along with all other employee relations issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have expertise in MS Excel (Advanced Level).
