∎ Age 27 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure timely and efficient delivery of retail and bulk products based on the approved delivery schedule.
∎ Manage administrative workflows regarding the distribution of each order from the plant to the customer end.
∎ Maintain proper documentation as per company policy and country law.
∎ Coordinate with inter-departmental stakeholders such as sales, production, stores, and accounts.
∎ Update transactions in SAP with accuracy.
∎ Track the movement of inventory from the main terminal to the satellite plants.
∎ Maintain vehicle trip-related accounts reconciliation with accounts.
∎ Organize the fueling of vehicles with the utmost integrity. Ensure correct reporting of delivery and transport operations for timely delivery to managers as and when needed.
