∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage IT infrastructure and network security, monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and support.
∎ Manage IT workplace and productivity application support (Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Business) and user support management.
∎ Manage, support, secure, & further develop business IT systems (ERP & other automation systems).
∎ Ensure data backup and restoration.
∎ Maintained IT asset register and transfer process, IT asset handover, and takeover process.
∎ Manage IT vendors’ support & service KPIs as per SLA/AMC, IT procurement support.
∎ Ensure support for the business continuity plan and the establishment of the disaster recovery process.
∎ Implement IT standards, IT policy, and SOP under group IT guidelines.
∎ Hardware troubleshoots and support (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Switch, Router, Camera, etc.)
∎ Connectivity, Wi-Fi, network, and camera functionality monitoring and maintenance support.
∎ User provisioning in MS Active Directory and AD maintenance.
∎ Capable of ensuring the project coordinator role for SAP project management.
∎ Capable of ensuring support in SAP BASIS operations.
