Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ The candidate should have completed a minimum of two projects.
∎ LPG Project experience will add an advantage.
∎ Project Gantt Chart, BOQ preparation, estimation monitoring, reporting, quality inspection, quantity check, and bill certification are MUST for the candidate.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ BOQ preparation as per the drawing. Gantt chart preparation.
∎ BBS preparation, material quantity calculation, and monitoring.
∎ Regular site quality inspection, monitoring, and reporting to higher management.
∎ Quantity survey, monitoring. Bill check and certification from the site.
∎ Able to work under pressure and with a tight work schedule.
∎ Coordination between civil, MEP design, and consultant drawings. Project progress reporting.
