Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in both Knit and Woven categories
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, construction, and garment development
Responsibilities & Context:
Research and develop knit and woven collections for Europe, Australia, and Canada markets.
Translate brand and product strategies into innovative and commercially successful ranges.
Manage end-to-end product development including tech packs, BOMs, and T&A calendars.
Collaborate with technical teams, buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop new silhouettes and ensure quality delivery.
Manage documentation, development tracking, showroom setup, and marketing/sample coordination.
Support team development through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
