Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Renaissance Designs Ltd. is looking for a Manager – Garment Technician to lead the technical development and sampling activities. The role will ensure garments meet required fit, construction, and quality standards from development stage to bulk production while coordinating closely with design, merchandising, production teams, and buyers.
Lead and develop the Garment Technical team to ensure strong performance and collaboration.Evaluate development and fit samples for technical feasibility and production readiness.
Conduct fit sessions and guide teams to ensure accurate fit and buyer requirements.
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production for smooth product development.
Ensure technical specifications, construction methods, and quality standards are maintained.
Oversee sample development and ensure timely submission of quality samples.
Address buyer feedback and drive improvements in fit, quality, and construction.
